We streamlined this silhouette by using an all-leather construction and replacing the rib-knit collar with a sharp Leather Shirt Collar.
1. The Raglan “Track” Piping
The defining feature is the **White Piping** running from the neckline to the cuff. This highlights the **Raglan Sleeve Cut**, which removes the shoulder seam for greater range of motion. Visually, this continuous line creates a broader, more athletic shoulder profile compared to our standard Men’s Bomber Jackets.
2. Industrial Zip Closure
We swapped the traditional snap buttons for a **Heavy-Duty Silver Zipper**. Snaps allow wind to penetrate the gaps; a zipper creates a complete thermal seal. This makes the Cooper jacket a viable option for motorcycle riding or open-top driving.
3. The “Elastic” Anchor System
To maintain the vintage aesthetic, we kept the **High-Gauge Striped Ribbing** on the cuffs and hem. The black-and-white stripe pattern ties in with the sleeve piping, creating a cohesive monochrome look. The elastic hem grips the waist securely, preventing the jacket from riding up when you sit.
